That Hawaii game was seriously hilarious. If it weren't for the funny factor I'd call it a waste of time for both teams.Originally Posted by Sport1.3

I'm going to go for the underdog here and go for Utah state. It will also only help ASU move up in the pac10![]()

Also nice to see ASU not give up 02934802394832094 Sacks.....that O-line has definitly improved. Carpenter looked very sharp. If the ASU defense can hold off Stanfords offense like they did with Northern Arizona, stanford is in for a breating!!

As chance had it, they recieved the SEC title bid, even with the weaker record. Had we the chance, we MIGHT have had better odds. This is neither here, nor there though. The past is exactly that, the past. This season we are 100% improved. We have a stable QB, double the talent playing wideout, 2 incredible backs, and still just as potent as we were in the past with our defense. If we had any specific year for a NC game, this is it. Oddly enough, it will also be our toughest season

I went back and forth on this one. I think the WVU offense will be too much though. VT is known for a good defense and average offense while ECU has a very good offense but average defense. WVU is more like ECU so I think the talent advantage goes to WVU and WVU outscores them. I dont think WVU covers the spread though.Originally Posted by HypnoToad

NEW YORK -- Southern California has jumped two spots to No. 1 in The Associated Press Top 25 college football poll, rewarded by voters for opening the season with a dominant performance on the road against a BCS conference opponent.
Georgia and Ohio State, the preseason Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, started their seasons with glorified scrimmages at home against FCS (formerly I-AA) teams.
USC's 52-7 victory Saturday at Virginia helped the Trojans vault past the Bulldogs and Buckeyes from No. 3 in the preseason. Georgia fell to No. 2 and Ohio State to No. 3.
The voting was close. USC received 21 first-place votes and 1,539 points from the 65-member media panel. Georgia had 20 first-place votes and 1,506 points. Ohio State got 15 first-place votes and 1,497 points.

doesnt matter, preception is what matters and UVA is a BCS team, GSU is a 1AA. After that, nothing matters.Originally Posted by Sport1.3
