    Damn! That s40 and first 850 are bossy as fuk.....and I love the 850 T5-R.

    I'm pretty sure we didn't get them as a manual but maybe I'm wrong..Anyone know?
    That and the lug pattern sucks ass.

    i did, i did! i actually JUST traded my '04 s40 in on a 2009 hyundai sonata (just had a baby so.. had to go with a new family car... ya know..) I loved driving my volvo. anyway here was mine.. maybe i should change my sig & my avatar now..haha

    I had the opportunity to go to the SE meet over in Alabama back in '06 and the owner of the car was giving people rides in it drifting. That thing sounded awesome in person.

    Actually, they were. They didn't import them to the U.S but you could have it either manual or automatic in Canada. At the SE meet, there were a couple of R's there converted to 5 speed that put down some nice numbers.

    K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.

    i rock my volvos every day...im 22 and its funny to see the expression on peoples faces when they see me get out. most people think i should be at least 30 when it comes to rockin a volvo. ill post pics of mine later...my 242 gt turbo is one of the sickest

    Looks like a DIY...I know Volvo has their R-line, but I don't think they've ever applied it to the C70.

    The C70 R is a fake. The only true R's were the 850 T5R/R S70 R, S60 R and V70 R.

    I'd enjoy a C70 with the S70R's running gear.

    A V70R is my favorite of the lot though.

    PRIMAdonna...was your S40 any sort of special model? It looks a little different from the standard ones.
