I can't recall what does what between duration/lift on cams...one produces more hp/tq low end, the other at highend...someone wanna remind me which way it goes?

I'm looking at cams for the 06 GT... Trying to decide on which set to go with. It'll be a mild street build with goals of 400whp (expected to be more like 380/360). I'll expect a tune, springs, etc... Just researching to see what/which I'mma get.
