Beijing Olympic 2008 Opinions Currently
Nastia Luikin, Shawn Johnson and Michael Phelps all held it down for the U.S.A!!

Nastia Luikin = The coach's daughter and was one of the top of the line for the U.S.A; gold medal in the all around gymnastics competition! She had a certain nature's balance within her and calmness.
Shawn Johnson = Silver medal in the overall gymnastics competition right next to Nastia; 1 & 2. She was the most powerful gymnast in my opinion, her flips and her startups were impressive how high & how fast she ran.
Michael Phelps = He is killing it in every swimming competition; World Record everytime and aiming for the World Champion position. I heard he eats 9,000 calories a day and still keeps himself in shape. Impressive!
China = All of them were strong contenders!! The shortest one was the most impressive to me and they all looked so young. You can tell a difference from other teams that they were the smallest and skinniest of all but still held their ground. It was sad to me when they had replaced the real chinese little girl who sang her song at the Opening Olympics. It doesn't matter if a singer is ugly nor pretty, they should've let her appear instead of making a pretty girl lip sync for her on live T.V. She's still young! The mens gymnastics were off the chain also; look at all that upper strength they have. It was interesting to see everyone perform in their own ways.
Volleyball - U.S is killing it...

What do you guys think about the Olympics this year?
I think its amazing how they train their lifes work and attend the Olympics every 4 years. To be at the center of the worlds attention would be nice.....Only the best!
