i know hondas can put down some crazy numbers but that really wasn't that impressive, he was just crawling away from the 350, that hatch is nice and all but there are better out there. i've never owned a honda and never will but they are good cars hands down.

but i never have understood bashing a brand, i can understand as far as factory cars go, like saying that fords always have issues but as far a a performance cars i think any car (import or domestic) in the right hands can impress anyone with its performance. but i would have to admit that after putting an equal amount of parts onto a group of cars that honda do tend to be a little slow. show me some of the 1300 hp supras and mustangs and i'll be impressed my their videos, but a hatch with maybe 500 just doesn't do it anymore.

an no, i'm not trying to pick on you, i just realized that i've spoke out about your last 3 or 4 post but i'm just talking...talk back, its all in good discussion, but certianlly not targeting you

Price spent on 350 vs price spent on hatch with swap and turbo. Huge different. Plus the power to weight ratio.

I love hondas and acuras, but too much hp in such a small lightweight car is dangerous and I've almost lost control many times. I'm starting to like more 4 door imports now, such as the wrx, which I have always hated.

price spent on a overpriced civic hatch and a swap vs another inmport/domestic that wont need a swap, and comes with a great motor to work with.

89 Dodge Caravan Turbo..all it takes is small air exchange modifications and it runs 12's..maybe spend a good 200 bucks. but i'd still be embarassed as hell..
