    Not bad, after watching them pay 5.05 last year to drop down this year with how bad the economy has been is nice to see them go back up a bit..

    So after inflation, you now get 1% growth instead of .5%, awesome lol

    But yeah its good to know that maybe the interest rates will go up a bit, bad news for people who took out loans though.
