    Default My new project!

    New Pics Below!

    Well I picked up this racing go kart for 100 bucks!!! And I basically got a lot more than 100 bucks. But it was in really bad shape when I got it. No brakes, didn't run, motor half apart, bolts loose, rotten tires, and sh!t falling off of it! Basically everything was wrong. But he is bringing me tons of extras, like sprockets, clutches, cams, 2 new sets of tires and wheels, and the brakes.

    So here is what it looked like when I got it.



    And here is what I have done in a week, after taking it down to the frame and painting it and replacing every bolt in it! STILL TONS TO DO!!!

    That thing has a gangsta lean, I've got some old parts from my race gokart. I'll see if i can find em and toss em your way. I think i have like 8 tires somewhere in my basement..

    Here's some updated pics. I now have the brakes on it and the clutch, and it's running really good too. Now I just need a new seat and steering wheel!

    That master cylinder was completed frozen up, and was so full of rust i thought it would never work again. But after rebuilding it, she has some pretty darn good brakes!

    Had a offset Briggs powered kart, but never raced it. (pic of it) Sold it. But raced indoor, Red Bull Formula One DS, 250cc enduro karts, and sprint. Started when I was ten and quit when I was seventeen.

    ^Thanks man! Yeah I finally got to ride mine today. The seat is too small and hurts pretty bad, but I really had fun drifting around in the grass! Can't wait to get a new seat so I can open this baby up.
