    The phone im selling does not require activation.. that way you avoid the $150 upcharge fee. When you did get the black razr for 199$ its probably because you did a two year or one year activation. Thanks for the bump though

    Just trying to get a deal that is all.. no need to "hate" man...

    I already have cingular. Not many people are looking for a phone without activation. Everybody and my Dog has a cell (which means they also have a contract). So my offer will always be sub-200. I am willing to meet in the middle though (150 or so).

    Good luck on the sale tho....
