    Notes/details:
    Motor: I'm the 2nd owner, bought from my sister who thew a rod in the original motor and had it replaced with another LS with a new water pump, timing belt, and gaskets (all OEM). She also had the radiator, hoses, and clutch replaced. I've replaced the fuel filter, master cylinder, brake booster, and spark plugs, since.
    All preventative maintenance has been performed on schedule by myself and the new motor has been on a healthy diet of Mobil 1 synthetic every 3,000 miles. The only problem encountered was seized piston rings which have since been freed up.

    Interior: Never smoked in, constantly vacuumed, smells nice, common rip on driverside lumbar. OEM steering wheel will be included alongside the Tenzo R one.

    Exterior: Antenna stopped working. Sister had driverside painted by Nissan, but never got around to the rest. Passengerside fender replaced due to minor accident while in sister's possession. Car just needs a new paintjob overall and will look awesome.

    Finally, I've done a minor wiretuck and have deleted the power steering and air conditioning. The car will not come with these features.
