Default 99 civix ex with obd1 b20 swap problem

Alright i did a swap with a b20b converted to obd1, i used a obd2b dizzy and re-used the 99 ex wire harness, and 99 ex ecu, basically everything to make the obd1 to obd2b. Motor cranks up fine and idles fine but when i give it gas, the motor bogs out. i bypassed the ecu with the CKF bypass from FFS TECH. but for some reason when i drive, it slowly accelerates and bogs out....please help me out people. only code cell its throwing is the 6, which is not connected.
