    Arrow F/S New in box 17/7 Evoke wheels+Tires $700 obo

    Up for sale is 4 Never taken out of the box evoke wheels, specs:17 x 7, Universal 10H, (PCD 5x100/114.3), +40 Offset, 73 Center Bore. And 4 Maxxis tires Specs: P215/45/17. Price lowered asking 700 OBO for 4 wheels and tires!!

    I'm taking any offers I need these out of the house today!

    I can part out wheels or tires, price is negotiable!

    I don't think you meet the proper guidelines (unless you have spent the $10 for early access to Flea Market).
