    over, unless it's a large roll and too close to the wall (it'll catch and pull off usually 1 peice) then i have to do under.

    over..... im ocd about that too. it just gets on my nerves when its under and i guess its kinda bad cuse ill be at someone elses house and change it to over if its under before ill use it. but i dont know if its folded or what. aslong as it wipes
