    Default h22 questions

ive done my research and my 2001 honda prelude has the same h22 set up in a 2000 honda accord euro-r, except for little differences AND the euro-r has higher compression pistons, i was wondering if anyone knows where i could get my hands on some of these it would be great. and if anyone knows the euro-r camshaft dimensions i would apreciate it

euro-r- are expensive and pretty rare. They are not worth the cost for the 15 extra horsepower or so they put out. Your better off getting a normal h22A and using high compression pistions in it. Also, they are not 100% the same, the Throttle body is different.

That being said, if you've got a boner for one, any good engine importeer can get you one, when i was looking they ran around $3700 to $5000, but that was 3-4 years ago when i had a lude.
