Nice! I think it's really cool, and agree that it's art. It has a color scheme to it and not crazy colors. Simple yet complex at the same time.

How so? Because someone broke away from the usual and did something different? Its artwork, and i havent ever seen anything like it before.

Me being an artist, i can definitely appreciate the work that went into it.

I thought of doing that with my black helmet using silver sharpie too...just don't have any idea of what to draw. Probably will be some sort of abstract lol. Have you done yours yet? Would love to see it.

Has nothing to do with braking away from the norm. Fact is that car is ruined, whether it's "art" or not, someone drew all over a Lambo.

If this was done to anything but a highend sportscar, we all know what everyone would say. One hint, it wouldn't even be close to being positive. But since it's a Lambo and it's oh-so unique, it's artsy and cool!!!

This is just like the new fad to matte/satin black highend sportscars. It's ok and badass for it to be done on a Porsche or Ferrari, but fact is it looks like any other shitty car rolling around with primer. Sad part is that matte/satin paint jobs like that cost a big chunk of change, yet it still looks cheap and unfinished.

ok so if drawing on a car makes it worthless, I guess that's why Janis Joplin's porsche that had been painted by Andy Warhol sold for $1.4 million a few years ago. Yup... just a worthless car that someone drew all over.

For your reference on what it looks like...

Completely worthless.. just sitting in a museum.

Lord forbid someone break away from the norm.

There is a TON of art skill in that lambo, and as another artist, it must have been terrifying to walk up to that pretty lambo with a sharpie and go to town on it.

And speaking as someone who has seen similar work in Athens on everything from old BMW's to Toyota Corollas, it doesn't matter what it's on... It's still art.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

i'm a big lambo fan and i like this car. everybody has their own taste though, but i'd venture to say that if someone can afford to buy a lambo and have someone draw on it, then if they don't like it, a new paint job probably won't break the bank for them.

Just like the historic bmw art cars, this is a blending of art.

...LOL! That's an awful example to try and prove your point. Let's see, the car was owned by Janis Joplin and painted by Andy Warhol, not some guy with too much money to buy a Lambo and then have someone draw all over it. Very big difference there.

I don't recall saying that it's not art and that it didn't take a lot of skill to do this, but that still doesn't change the fact that the car's been ruined.

    lol...

Let's do keep in mind that the historic BMW art cars were race cars, unlike this Lambo. Like I said, it's ruined.

LOL at you......you do realize that it's worth more now.

and lol again.......ruining a car would be turning a lambo in to a limo.....not giving it a paint job......why do you think the cbr has a paint job this year called graffiti? Look man you can call it ugly all you want but at the end of the day...it stops the same, goes the same, and is a better looker then before......its win on all sides.

    need any more lols?

Why're so many people on IA complete idiots?

So you're saying if I went and drew all over my car it'd look better than great condition OEM paint? If you did this to your car, it'd look better? LOL fucck no, you know damn good and well that if it was any car besides a highend sportscar you'd think it looks awful.

This isn't a paintjob, it's someone drawing on a car with a marker and calling it art. There's a big difference, and this Lambo is NOT worth more money now.

And OEM PAINTJOB on the new CBR > drawing all over a Lambo with a sharpie.

Because a once beautiful Lambo now looks like someone let there toddler loose with a magic marker on it.

Actually soGood If you remember correctly BMW gave some of their cars to work on by artists. So if you say this Lambo is ruined then those BMW must be ruined then.

I think it's neat but I do like factory paintjob but sometimes you want to standout from the crowd.

    ...lol

You're not "bursting my bubble", good effort though

Just because I own a BMW doesn't mean I'm going to defend them over this Lambo. They look like just as stupid as this car does.

They still don't pull it off, sorry. I don't care whether it's a $300k car or a $3k car, matte/satin black does not look good or cool. It's cheap and unfinished looking.

Glossy OEM paint > spray can/little kid with a marker looking bullshiit

Your sticker on your hood doesn't look cool but you did it anyways? Hmm. Odd.
