Testing Waters...'91 F150 XLT Lariat 5.0 5speed

Im testing the waters to see what kind of trade offers I can get...I bought this truck with a knocking engine and Ive been doing a minor rebuild on another shortblock, The project isnt done yet but should be done in 2 weeks at the most...

'91 F150 XLT Lariat 302 Fuel Injected, 5speed 178,XXX miles on the body

Engine/Drivetrain
-'86 Roller shortblock(80,000 miles)
-Later model E7 heads
-HO cam
-Lower intake off later model truck
-New oil pump
-New double roller timing chain
-New gaskets top to bottom
-Everything else motor wise is original to the truck
-The clutch looks to have been replaced recently and is in excellent shape...So it will not be replaced, but I will install a new throwout bearing

Body
-Very straight truck(have only found 1 or 2 very small dings)

Interior
-Interior is in Great condition, only flaws are a few stains on carpet and fading on the seat

Bad
-Will need tires soon(some tread left)
-The A/C blew ice cold before the teardown but the freon was discharged when I removed the pump, So it will need to be recharged
-Clearcoat is peeling bad
-A few Nicks and scratches, A paint job wouldnt hurt
-Tailgate has a dent on the bottom

Looking for something that will be cheaper on gas, but hell, Ill trade on just about anything so shoot me an offer...I havent set a price, would rather just trade
