Default Car Stalling For no Reason

Ok this is getting annoying. Cant seem to figure the problem out. When i first Start up the car its good and the idle is Stabilized near 1.3k. But after i drive it around for a while and restart the car up the second time, the idle starts off near 8oo and goes up and down from 700-1000 and stalls out occasionally . I have Changed the Fuel Filter, Cleaned The EGR Valve, Checked for Vacuum Leak but none, Installed a 02 Sensor, Cleaned The IAC Valve. But still nothing. Can anyone help me here? its annoying the **** out of me.

    And my car is a 92 prelude Si. With a Jdm f22b , p13ecu.

Your car hates you. That's what is wrong.

    K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.
