    first of all alot of food have microrgnisims

    they have to be in the right enviorment to fester

    also most resturant main goal is food safety, they must of been in the ghetto or something beacuse ive worked in many places and never sene lemons that could make someone sick

    hahah. if your worrying about fecal matter in the lemos you should worry about fecal matter in your tooth brush, have you guys ever seen mythbusters and the experiement they did with the toothbrushes. well at the end all of them had fecal mattter. so quit worrying about it!!! but yeah i work at a restaurant and got yelled at because i wasnt asking customers if it was ok to put lemon in their water and s.tea.
