    sold........ but my friend still needs the flares and sides!

    if anyone knows where some side skirts and fender flares are pretty cheap, lmk.

    jsut so you know, those are both cabriolets, rabbits werent made in convertibles....i wouldnt mind having one of those.....damn i shoulda kept mine

    That's not actually correct.

    There were indeed years of Rabbit convertibles. the cabriolet didn't start until I believe 85 or 86, with the name changing to Cabrio in 94.

    I always wanted the cabriolet, but now I have too many projects going on and need to move them. I have only had them a few months and dont know alot about them. If I keep the 88 cabriolet I need the sides and flares to complete the clipper kit.

    admin ...... it does not run. needs motor. found one for 200. the problem right now is; all i got is bill of sale. the guy i got it from has lost the title. i gotta find out if you can get it registered with bill of sale. i originally bought it for parts for my 84. i like the quad grille and clipperkit better. i just dont have time to work on them right now i have toooooo many projects going on. if they dont sell i will make 1 of 2 and have 1 coooooooool gas saver.lol

    NO WAY!.......I was saying if you can get one running for 400 ill take one. I apreciate the offer though. I told you how much i have in them. I cant take that loss so ill just hang on to them. one runs, just needs some work. I think the parts car will give everything needed.
