Collins and I after the varsity decided to head down to Mexico and do a few runs..



VS.


1st run was a 60 roll:

I honked 3 times and took off, however i took too much of a jump so i just left off the gas

2nd another 60 roll:

I honked 3 times again we were about dead even till about 95~mph and up to 120 i decided to let off

3rd run was a 40 roll:

Honked 3 times again and collins pulled me by about a nose up to about 75-80~ mph then i slowly (yet surely) started to pull a car up to 120 again

good runs, hope to go to mexico again in a few weeks with him

i dont see how its pulling timing if your rich. you much pushing the timing to the edge if you rich and pulling timing...

well, teh afr's all jacked up... i'm not exactly sure where its rich and where its lean, but you can feel it retard teh timing just for a second, then it'll go back to normal... i think it just might be running rich down low... not sure... i dont remember the dyno chart, as we didn't print it out.

na, my car weighs a ton and my clutch is startin to slip so im only runnin 8psi out of my bolt-ons, i do make more pwr but with all considered i think it will still be pretty good runs

Please tell me you are just pulling someones chain. Why is your tune off now? You got it tuned and never changed anything else right? or is there a behind the whacky tune.

not at all. the car's down about 15 from where the tune was, and i want it back the ls7 clutch assembly is HEAVY man!

a few rotational lbs isnt going to knock 15hp off. i think its the crazy timing you got since its pulling it. timing is power you know...

Well we will see last time I made 330whp and 315tq but then it blew up so it's at the machine shop. I have 272 cams now port polished head valve springs and retainers and a few other things. So i am hoping it will make a good bit more power until the clutch breaks the tranny ^.^

Is this in a S13?

If you added 272 cams and were already at 330 I say you will be pulling those LS2 cars. Assuming you have a decent size turbo on the car as well of course.

Ask me how I know this.

tru tru... when i was down in orlando, i ran a 300+ whp s14 and it was a good run... but that was before the new clutch, so it might've been slipping a little bit... who knows... come on out and we'll have some fun!
