    With 15k I'd buy a clean low mileage gsr... Build the bottom end, turbo, and jdm front end.

    because he is constantly filling out forms and typing in information at work , people that do that stuff or use CAD type programs tend to talk in all caps because if they dont they end up redoing alot of work..
