Just got back from my Mom's house where I learned that I am "inheriting" the family home. I moved into this house first back in 1976 and moved out when I graduated college in 2000. My grandfather didn't want the house to be parted from the family, so he asked me if I wanted to move into it and upkeep it. I just have to pay property tax and insurance on the house. It's a 3 full size bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with den, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. All rooms very good sized. It sits on an acre and a half land and has a two car garage. I'll get pics of it tomorrow and all. This is exciting news for the family and I, but it did come at a huge sacrifice. Later, QD.
