    do some research.

They can run great if properly tuned.

Turbo that shiz! More power. What is your power goal? Is your motor built? If its not built don't exceed 250whp.

you can always increase the boost w/ different pulleys and crank. i'm increasing the boost of my jrsc from 6 to 8lbs soon w/ a pulley change. but im not really sure about the jrsc on the b18, mine is on a d16z6.

putting together a b18b build now, only running 6psi, but 10:1 compression, think it should be pretty fun. No way youll get the power for what you would spend on a turbo, but ive done that route and just want to switch it up

turbo has the advantage of being able to easily up the boost and intercool the intake charge. jrsc raise the intake temps the more you spin it (up the boost) with different pulley combinations. the hp/lb of boost decreases as the intake charge increases.

jrsc cars are fun, but for the time, effort, and ability to use a fmic to cool the charge makes turbo a better alternative. you could go with a vortech with the aftercooler if you had to have a sc, but it's just a turbo on a stick.
