Default Engines, Turbo, and full swap

Again, cleaning out the shop and I figured these would interest some of you.

This is a freshly rebuilt turbo. It was taken off Sam's S2000 when he put a bigger one in. He noticed a slight shaft play, so it was sent in to be totally rebuilt. Just got it back and it's not even out of the wrap. It's an Innovative T3 with a 4 in. intake/2.5 in. out, 60-1, .70 cold side, .82 hot side, HPC coated hot side, Red powder coated compressor side. I'll repeat....it's basically brand spanking new since it's got a total rebuild with ZERO miles. Still in the wrapper it came back from the rebuild in. $850.

This is an SR20 DET with a bad piston. It is totally rebuildable. Still sitting on the same crate it came to us in. Project never happened, so it's just taking up space now. $250 ******SOLD******

This is a 2.5 Subaru WRX turbo motor. It came out of an STI swap, but it has a blown head gasket. This is basically a parts motor. Don't know the shape of the motor internally, but it does include the stock turbo/sensors/intake/TB/etc. It may be good for someone that is doing a big rebuild and can use this to shorten their down time by tearing this one apart and building it. $200.

This is an H23a1 non-Vtec Honda motor. Running and in good shape when it was pulled out of a CL. $600.

This is the real deal Audi A4 full powertrain. It's the 1.8T. Everything is there and was working perfectly fine before we did a swap out of a 97. Motor, turbo, entire front clip, full rear section as well, brakes, power steering, shocks, calipers, EVERYTHING....seriously. We even have the bumpers for the car somewhere I think. If you need anything out of this car's powertrain, ask because we may have it. I didn't want to list every little bity part, so ask. We're told it's a bolt up type swap for a Passat. $1000.****SALE PENDING*****

that aint a vtec motor ..... looks like a h23 or b21 . the vtec motors that came out of CL's are SOHC .unless a H22 was swapped .. i count 2 cams .... pic of the block code to confirm ??? either way 600 is a good price on any honda motor .

You're right. I screwed up and got my notes backwards. He does have an F23 Vtec motor too, but I haven't got pics of that yet. Freudian slip thing.

    It's been corrected.

    Good looking out.

So what is the final word on the Honda motor? H22? H23? F23?

It may be worth your time to deviate because shipping a whole motor is not going to be cheap. I will check and give you a solid number tomm.

There is no way to be able to meet up though. Sorry.

Ok now I'm a little confused because I thought all the motors in the 1997 Acura CL's were the F22 and the F23 (besides the 6cyl's) ?

I am also confused, as that "F23" has 2 cam gears. Must be an H23. CLs were SOHC besides the V6s
