okay, so i am going to buy some hids off nitro. and i was wanting to get 10k or 30ks. i was wondering if anyone has 30ks on their car and how you like them.

remember the higher the kelvins the less light output = harder to see... and its hard enough to see with 10k.... i prefer 6k or atmost 8k....but your choice... the 30k are hard to use at night...
i have 30k on the accord,and i like them just cuz there pink.but as other people say lose lighting ability with higher K.
also i tended to notice when im around other lights,like other headlights,streetlamps the headlights seem to just blend in with the other lights as you go through..so if your in pitchblack with minimul other lights there good.lol

naw i think the 10ks are bluish and 30ks are a purple pink dark color.
so how are they for like 316 or 85 driving and around town?

well to tell you the truth..i had them on my ebay projector headlights and they were awful,not aimed what so ever,
then i switched back OEM headlight yesterday and took it out a few hrs ago and i like them alot,alot better,headlights glow pink that i think its pretty cool.but thats just me..
well for you they will light up the road with a pink-like color and wont allow you to see much... and for oncoming kids and uncles they will see this bright pinkish thing and will more than likely squint and close their eyes when they see it, which is very dangerous in so many ways lol
P.S. - on a side note, i reccomend you get 4800k or 6000k... nothing like pure white light to aid you in seeing through the dark
10k and 30k = ugly and cheap lookin

30k not the best choice for functional use....but tight color temp.

like i said they looked differnt with the ebay projectors. the box says 30k evn with on my replacment bulbs there marked 30k..either way..i like them.
i can go take one for you real fast..but itl b on a wall with crap infront if it? lol so idk if itl get the full effect..

no afffense..but ur sig is lame. other than that, go with 8k for brightness. Im running 10k but didnt get mines from Nitro.

ive had 30k's in my car. those are the extreme blues.
they are bright as hell.
people flash me in the daytime because they were too effin bright.

dumbass... jdm 30k wtf? no need for that sh!t. i got 6k mcculloch. anything over 6k or at most 8k is just ugly to me and u can barely even see sh!t on the road. especially that ugly ass 30k crap. just giving u myand tryin to help u out before u regret buyin that crap. props to nitro hids but 30k isnt the best color of choice

Anything above 6000k is a bad idea and just looks like **** in general.
