    God, they're claiming 45 hp?! Haha, the price is enough to let you know it won't work for ****. Why would they also add an outrageously high hp number? That's two enormous red flags that should go up. But then again, if you're dumb enough to fall for one of them, you're dumb enough to fall for both.

    My user name might have "dumb" word in it, but im not that dumb to buy that chip? I think ricers go for those, than they get their feelings hurt.

    Actually it could add up to 45 horsepower. Assuming there are other vital mods, IE: Carbon Fiber Front Mount Intake and twin electric supercharged with a turbonator. Its completely believable. For shame, automatically assuming it cant make the proposed claims.
