i bet there was no cop in the car. it was probaly a dummy car to slow people down. they have them on 431 all the time. it will have a cardboard cop in the driver seat or sometimes nothing at all. passed one at 87 mph the other day and it never budged. but it very well could have had one in it, because in some states a cop cant chase a motorcyle if they run.
