    Default Hold-up on 85N around 4:00?

    That was me!

I got rear ended indirectly right before the Steve Reynold's exit...four cars involved! I didn't even realize the fourth one for about ten minutes.

    It was...

    SAAB
    Chevrolet Impala
    Honda Accord Coupe
    Nissan Xterra

I was at a complete stop because of traffic, as was the Impala behind me. Just as the car in front of me starts moving again...my car jerks forward. For a second I thought I had stalled my car, but I thought that it was way too big of an impact for stalling.

The Impala didn't take too much damage. The front bumper was dented up a bit, a little out of alignment, and there was paint transfer. The Accord got screwed because it got sandwiched. The lady in the Xterra had to be going pretty damn fast, because at first...I thought it was the Accord who had hit us both. I didn't even notice the Xterra until later. Turns out the Accord guy had to brake rather hard, but the lady in the Xterra didn't even realize. She says she looked down for "just a second," looked back up and saw all cars at a dead stop. No time for reaction. She had to have been going maybe...40 mph? She damaged three cars in front of her...wow.

My car's rear bumper needs replacement...and the impact knocked off one of my parking sensors. There's also a hole in it from the license plate bolt of the Impala. Everyone was fine except for the lady in the Xterra. The steering wheel has to break for the airbag, and one of those pieces cut her arm pretty badly. Everything else went smoothly...I just hate people who honk at accidents...totally unecessary.

Anyway...pictures. Camera phone shots...so forgive the glare. Let me know if you saw us!
