This took place in Norcross on Peachtree Parkway in front of Technology Park.

The woman was doing ~40mph behind me in a "right turn only lane." I was turning right, but she wasn't. She was trying to get out of the lane (to her left). She didn't make it...

I'd say that her Navigator is totaled for the most part. It was an '04 and the wholesale value is ~$14-16k from what my buddy with one told me.

Mine shouldn't be too hard to fix.

Tailgate, bumper cover, etc. Nothing too bad. The Navigator, however, looks to be a total loss.

Definitely totaled. The repair cost on that is worth more then the SUV. My dad sold his 2004 Eddie Baurer Expedition for 16,000.

Damn B. I see people cut up that turn lane ALL the time (i work right down off Engineering Dr). I can't tel lyou how many times i've almost been swiped by people trying to bum-rush that turn lane and get all the way to the end and jump over.

I tell you, i would not have been able to keep my cool if some dumb whore in a SUV did that to me. ****ing SUV drivers.... oh wait..... lol jk (most of them are seriously retarded though). BTW, don't be on the lookout for a little green Miata anymore around here at lunch

It was easy to keep my cool because:
a. I knew she was insured
b. It wasn't nearly as bad as my previous "bad" accident
