    that would be considered unusual punishment if someone took them to court about it. plus just dont have a fl. motorcycle license

    I dont think that will stop some of these riders. Most of them dont even stop for the cops or even have a bike license in the first place.

    Exactly, when you do stupid **** like that, you deserve a harsh punishment. It would be one thing if you were only endangering yourself, but the idiots out there doing that **** in traffic deserve to be busted. Hell I was next to one of those stupid ppl today......
