    SWEET...I didnt know Jamie did this when I bought my home, but I will for sure look him up next time! Very mature about everything.

    i wish i would have known when i bought my house last year. i ended up getting a shit head at KB Home Mortgage that fucked everything up.

    james and i will definitely go through Jaime when we get our next house.

    Speaking of which.......I've got a friend who is trying to sell his house in L'ville. It's a 4/3 with fenced in backyard and brand NEW inground pool for $170k. He may even do some owner financing for the right people.

    The house is off Sugarloaf in L'ville.

    Let me know if anyone is interested in that area.
