    Pocket PC I believe uses Wi-fi as well as the Verizon Network. All PMs responded to.

    pretty good phones. from a verizon wireless sales rep:

    they are both windows mobile 5.0. The biggest difference between the pocket pc (XV6700) and the Motorola Q black is that the 6700 has the microsoft package where the Q is read-only. The Microsoft package gives you MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint mobile documents, allowing you to edit, sync, and send, where the Q can only receive and view these documents from emails.

    The 6700 is wifi capable, allowing you to connect to the internet via wifi or from Verizon's broadband/national access coverage.

    another major difference is that the 6700 has a touch screen where the Q has a thumbwheel on the side.

    They have mostly the same features like calendar, contacts (both can be backed up on your computer through Outlook), internet explorer, and Solitaire!! These are both great phones, especially for the price. If you are going to use these phones much, also invest in an extended battery, which will give you at least a couple extra days of battery life.

    Oh and this Verizon rep happens to be me, so if you want, I can check the ESN numbers to make sure the phone is clear before you buy. I don't get paid commission for this so I don't get anything out of it. Just shoot me a pm

    I got a lot of interest in these, unfortunately I'm going to be a little busy until a few days after x-mas. Fortunately that seems to be the best time for all of you, so after X-mas send me 1 more pm if you are still interested in the phones.
