    I have had it for about a month. I don't use it much. I use it at work sometimes. I don't know if you can look it up in the iPod, but I can estimate about 7-8 hrs total time that i have used it.

    ^^^ I thought the same thing as you but, you just CAN NOT listen to that music. The program let's you put whatever on the iPod. I have about 60GB of music on my computer plus about 500 CD's.

    I personally have 683 songs (approx. 3gb) on it now. Thats about 48 hrs worth of music.
