    anyway, i'm walking around at my job with a newly hired officer tonite, and i spy(with mine own eye) a brotha with a white chick and a clean ass white s-13 with [topntch] as the plate......

    As a fellow 240 driver, I can say without doubt. That's false advertising, there is no way a S-13 can be "topnotch". The white chick has been hoodwinked... bamboozled.
