    I think that the car looks good, but it's ripping off the series. What you guys think? Plus, they need to lose the stripes if that is the real car.

    that is just a mustang w/ an LED bar running under what is probably a non-functional scoop (Ford and their bright ideas)

    I wonder if this is for real or not. How are you gonna take an iconic car like that and say "well it was a Trans Am, but we signed with Ford..." It doesn't look right at all.

    There is a new trans am coming out soon, i believe 09...they should've used it or the new camaro. Not a mustang....Even though that does look good. not a big fan of stripes though.

    I photoshopped a Corvette to make it look like a Knightrider car a while ago.

    Let me see if I can dig it up.

    EDIT: Never mind, can't find it...deleted the attachment a while ago.

    i dig it! kit was a bomb car... icon for sure.. but no new trans am... and the camaro is bomb and all but uhh TRANSFORMERS just used it and movies usually try to not copy it,,, and granted the new mustang was also in it but it didn't have a BIG role... so yeah new mustang looks good... make due with what you got...

    yeah on that note i saw the comercial for 'I AM LEGEND' and will smith is driving what looks to be the GT500 in it lol.

    How's this, let's say they remade the old Lassie series into a movie but instead of using a collie, they used a boxer. The type of dog is as much (if not more) a part of the show as the fact that Lassie was a dog, the car was the defining point of the Knightrider in the exact same way. When people hear Knightrider, only one car pops into their head. Not just the car is off, the whole style of car is off, you can't have that porky, flat-faced car as KITT. It makes no sense.

    ya but if you're an og (gotta be at least 22 years old, lol), then you think yellow vw bug when you hear bumblebee....not contradicting you, as i automatically think of black trans am when i hear kitt...but ya know, for the guy that said no new trans am, i thought there was one coming???

    I'd rather see KITT as say the 2010 Corvette ZR-1 prototype with a custom interior/front end. Or even a black Ford GT.

    i dont know about you guys, but that picture looks photoshopped, especially since its completely stock besides those lights. im sure kitt would have at least a drift style bodykit or something
