D series turbo and manifold

I bought this with the plan of putting something together but I decided not to continue with the project. I bought this from some guy on this site and the guy told me that the turbo was working and the manifold is brand new. I never installed it and neither did he. the turbo is a Air Research T3, all I know about the manifold is that it was bought from nopi for $151.20(i have the receipt). this is just sitting in my living room and needs to go.
