I don't know if you can tell what that is in that picture, but it's a motor and/or tranny mount he's filing up with the window weld.

Window weld would be the cheapest route. The downside would be that you have to remove the mounts to do it.
mount inserts, they do wonders for a car with lots of wheel hop
