S13 SR20DET with T28 *Very Clean*

Hey Guys, Ive made the hard desicion to sell my SR Powered S13, Garage Kept. I dont want to sell it but i have to pay for school and ive been trying to hold out but i have to sell it. This car is a reliable Daily Driver I drive this car everyday. The SR Swap was done Professionally at Leathal. The car was Dynos about 3 weeks ago by Turbo Dave. Dyno graphs are posted with the pictures. So basically i drive this car everyday. I have never had problems with the car besides a clip comming loose because of high boost once. I got that fixed by Sammy at Tiger Performance and the cars been perfect ever since. I run 10lbs boost daily and have put like 6000 miles on the motor since i got it. Oil was changed using 5w 30 Mobil 1 fully synthetic every 2500-3000 miles. Ive never taken the car to the track but have run it pretty good on the street. The car is fun as hell to drive and is reliable as any good car and get pretty good gas mileage a little over 340-370 miles per tank depending on how you drive. Everything on this car was installed professionally except for the electronic boost controller. Paint is in really good condition aside from a scratch on the front bumper and a few chips here and there but overall very good. Car sounds great. Pil was changed appx 1150 miles ago.

The Bad
The carpet is dirty but can be cleaned or replaced. Its not so bad if u have rugs.
Small crack in the dash like most s13s (but not as bad as most s13's its barley noticable, it just started to crack)
Automatic Seatbelts stopped working. Wiring problem i was told. Never had time to figure it out so i just bought Racing Harnesses
Speedometer doesnt work correctly. Its probably a loose ground because it works sometimes and jumps randomly sometimes.
Passengerside bushing needs replacing. Ive included new busings
Thats about all.
Like i said the car is a reliable Daily Driver, I run 10lbs daily with an s14 Turbo and never have problems. I know anyone who gets this car will love it. Car puts down 225.29 rwhp and 225.37 flb torqe at 8lbs of boost. Im running 10psi right now so thats easily around 240whp range. This turbo can handle quite a bit more power too. You can see the run conditions on the Dyno chart attached. Those of you who know SR20's know what the motor is capable of so i dont have to explain.
NOTE*I am open to offers but reasonable offers only. I am not really interested in Trades but if you have another car+ cash i will take a look, i am not looking for a performance car or anything just something that drives. If your truly interested you can come down for a test drive if you have cash and a seriously considering purchasing. NO JOY RIDES. Otherwise dont waste my time or yours.
