this thing has just been sitting in my desk drawer for a few weeks now.I was going to use it as my own but just decided to stick with my Slvr. i just recently got it unlocked and all it needs is a Sim card. phone does have a few scratches on the back, nothing major. i lost the box and instructions.Phone does come with a charger.
