    I'm sure it can. You will probably need acouple parts from the Se-R to make it fit with no issues.

    The 02 Altima VQ35DE is rated at 245 hp. The 05 SE-R version is rated at 260 hp.

    The question is, why the hell would anyone bother with a 3-4K swap that will net you 15 hp at the fly?
