Default FS: 2003 Cobra Vert w/built motor

I'm listing my dad's car here for him. Its a 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra with 24k mi on the chassis and 1k mi on a fresh built bottom end done at MPH. We have all the paperwork (6g of parts and labor). It has tinted windows, chrome factory wheels, and special ordered factory suede two-tone seats. Interior is a 10 out of 10, it doesn't get any more perfect. He has ownen and it since late '04 I believe and has babied it its entire life. He drives it on weekends and it has never seen the track. It look like it just rolled off the dealership lot. He takes extremly good care of his cars. The exterior gets a 10 out of 10. The oil has been changed religiously at 3k. He just put new tires on it a few months back.

He just had Tim at MPH instal:

    Manely pistons
    Canton oversized oil pan
    ARP main studs
    New rings
    New bearings
    Fresh chip and tune

    Previously installed by Tim:
    Borla x-pipe
    2.8 pulley
Ported S/C (done a while back so its much more conservative that Tim's latest protings)

Its an awesome car thats been garage kept and adult driven its entire life. You'd have trouble coming across one this clean. Its ready for a new owner and power added of your choice (KB or TT set-up) and make 900+. He's asking $30K and sticking pretty close to that. He's not looking for any trades, only cash in hand. If you're seriously interested, please come look at the car, you won't be disappointed. Please PM me and leave your number so he can call you back on it. VIN # is availiable, just PM me.

why was the bottom end rebuilt w/ only 24K?

I've seen head issues, but the bottom end is usually bullet proof...

He was running to hot of a plug in it and burned 2 pistons pretty good. He decided it was a good opprotunity to go big on the car. After the work got done on the motor, he didn't feel like dropping more cash in it to make the power.
