    Saying "o-ten" is like saying "twenty-eight, twenty-nine, twenty-ten, twenty-eleven..."

    Then again, saying "ten" by itself sounds odd.

    I guess...people will just start saying "twenty ten"...though I'd say "two thousand ten". I don't know..."twenty ten" sounds odd to me.
