A lot of those are just stories. I've been, multiple times, to most all of the local ones and never got/saw/recorded **** at any of them. A lot of those places don't even exist any more. It's an ok site, but not reliable. Anyone can "see" something and send it in to that site and they'll list it. Later, QD.
What is the scariest place in atlanta? i want to go there.
They can all be scary. To me, there's not a scary place in Atlanta. But as far as public/non-private spots go, a cemetery out in the country can be more creepy. I've gone out to old 1800's cemeteries in Middle Georgia and had bumps all over me because of the loneliness of it. Later, QD.
Hell's Church in Canton is a bit like that. Way out in the middle of nowhere. Only one street light for the parking lot and the road there is a one-lane through the woods. Most of the graves are those of children and there's not one cross anywhere on the church. The path to the baptism pool is pretty creepy too.

I've been there a couple times, but never got anything more than a creepy feeling. They've also put new locks on the church doors due to people vandalizing it.
Anyway, if you guys plan on going ghost hunting then hit me up. I'm game.
I've been to Hell's Church in Canton on several occasions. There are a lot more than just children's graves there. We saw flashes of light across the graveyard twice in one night but never got it recorded. It was a creepy place. Later, QD.

I'll be going with my vodoo preist.
I live less than a mile from Hell's Church and have been multiple times, still go by sometimes if I'm bored - it's a nice road for the SV. Never once seen anything creepy or had an odd feeling. People in HS used to go there for car sex. Hopewell School was a pretty creepy feeling each time I went, but I've heard it's now torn down....and nothing ever happened anyway except a myth due to it being abandoned for so long, even if it was just for newer schools. Devil's Turnaround is somewhat creepy but now, thankfully being taken care of by Southern Cemeteries who are trying to keep it in good shape and not vandalized. There's another abandoned house out Hwy 5 towards Ballground that's supposed to be haunted, pretty creepy but I never really explored due to not wanted to get in trouble for trespassing.
Isn't there some burned down hospital or asylum somewhere in Dunwoody or something?

I know a couple of places in north ga... about an hour to an hour and a half north of atlanta... one of them is pretty creepy, ive been there twice... I love this kinda ****...

I'll pm you my number and you can call me up... ive been up there a couple of times and know exactly where to go... i live about 15 minutes from it... both times i have gone i have heard some weird ****... the first time i went we could see a fire going through the woods, then it looked like it went out... but when we got there we didnt see anything, not even where a fire would have been... its a creepy place
