The house has a 2 car garage, the 1st floor is completley tile. The stairs are hard wood. Upstairs carpet is 2 months old.It has a fireplace in family den.i can leave the washer and drier if you need also.
It is a very quite neiborhood.I was the loudest one when i lived there, the yard is very small and easy to maintain.
Im asking 1350 per month, must be willing to sign a 1 year contract at least!

THAT IS A NICE HOUSE.......HMMMMMMMMMMMMM........BUT I HATE 316 TRAFFIC.
Well the good thing is, you dont have to get on 316!! The house is located in the middle of 316 and 85, i hate buying a new house.This house is so easy to get too. 316 is 1 mile from house and so is 85.So whichever hwy you want to get on, you can get too fast!!!
No dealing with that 316 traffic!!!
