at the end of the report, it said "the man who caught the ball in the stands, decided to sell it, because he couldn't afford the taxes required to keep it."

^ yeah, sounds like bullsh*t to me. If you catch the ball, you should be able to keep it. That's part of paying the damn money to go see a ball game in the first place.
