    its just a skinny 16gb ipod thats wifi enabled so you can browse the internet - or as apple say "download music on the go"...

    has the same album and video capabilities of the iphone...

    +1 for excellent price!

    thesse are like iphones without the phone. you dont need anything to make these work, unless you want to pay for something else..they have wifi etc...OP..update your thread with specs..

    I'm seriously interested, I just went to the store today to check them out and I loved it. I'm just trying to come up with the money. I have a 60GB video that's used but in perfect working condition, would he consider a trade + cash? I also have 2-12" Alpine Type E's in a sealed box.

    unlocked iphones are cool but only with sim card carriers what about Sprint or verizon.

    Most places have the 8g for sale, but 16g is a lil harder to find. For sure a sweet price I have been looking for the 16g the past week but nothing yet, I have to use my credit card plus I have to get the protection plan, cause I here the screens on them are effing up. But thats what happens on the first batch of any electronics.

    These things are sweet though, I played with one last week. Ipods owns mp3 players fo sho.

    I Agree, but anything that I have had even the first batch of xbox, ps3, even wii..... I have never had a problem with them what so ever... I still have the same systems now.... and sold over 20-30.... the people that ever did have a problem I help swap'em out....

    Yeah most of the defects are on the week 37 ipods it seems from what i've read online. I think they're starting to get it sorted out somewhat, i will probably wait a few weeks before i try to get one, i'm not sure if i can hold out that long though haha.

    Yeah same here, Im pretty patient, but I really do want one! I went into bestbuy last week to see if I could do a preorder not knowing they were already selling them before the release date. The system said they had 17 16g's in stock but they couldnt find them and they sold a bunch earlier that day so that sucked! I was ready to get one then. The release date is actually tomorrow so you may be able to get one then.

    I just called the apple store at lenox mall and they're sold out right now, that's the closest apple store to me but maybe i'll try some bestbuys or something
