Default St. Jude Children's Hospital Charity Ride

For those who can make it, we are doing a fall ride for St. Jude's. It will be next Saturday, the 29th.

Where: Northeast Georgia Motorsports in Hoschton

When: Registration starts at 9am and we leave at 10:30am

Destination: Two Wheels Only in Suches, GA for lunch (not provided), then off to Brasstown Bald (Free Parking)

Donation: $15 for rider $5 for passenger

We will have the Georgia State Patrol escorting us all the way with their motorcycle unit.

We are doing this in memory of Mike Fortson, a faithful husband and loving father who served 21 years with the GA State Patrol. He recently passed away from a massive heart attack. He rode a Kawasaki ZRX1200.

I'm doing a small entry fee so that more people will show up to ride. If you can't make it (or your work place wants to make a donation) please mail it to Northeast GA Motorsports 3340 Hwy. 53 Hoschton, GA 30548 and make checks payable to St Jude's Hospital.

Any other questions, either email me here or call 706.654.9840.
    (Ask for Erinn/me or Brandon)

I will make plans to attend.
Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the peoples I had to kill because they pissed me off,

So far, we supposedly have 70 that have confirmed they are attending, but we can always use more people from IA! Breakfast will be provided tomorrow morning as well.

Yes I was there, it was a really nice turn out. Super nice day for it too!

Over all it was great, I had a chance to meet some really nice new people, saw some old friends, and bought some new gloves for my girlfriend at your store. The Police escort was cool, all the way to T.W.O.!!

The Bad: The lady in the White Ninja 250, she killed the ride up thru Suches for allot of people, doing 26 to 30 mph!!! She held back everybody behind her witch was about 75% of the riders. At times almost coming to stop on the tight turns. I don't have anything against new riders, but she should of been more considerate and courteous and let the experienced riders that wanted to ride faster go by, so that they could of enjoyed the ride better. But hey! other than that It was great!!! I will definitely do it gain, I will just make sure I stay in front of the Ninja 250! LOL.

Let me know when you guys do another.
