I have a few of my cards Im trying to sell. You can't just go up to the arcade and make a car and get it to 800hp.. Its not that easy... It costs a good bit of money, If you win you only get half of a bar and if you lose you get a fourth of a bar to go to the next HP level. So it would roughly cost you... 50 dollars if you don't lose once... And it take a while too. And 815... jesus... you have to beat the game another two or three times to unlock that power... not to mention you can't lose one race! Its not easy! So this is what i have.
