Snakes can eat anything about 1.5 times as wide as their widest point. Using that theory, a snake that's largest point is 6" across could theoretically eat something that was up to 9" wide.

So that would be 20% of the entire size (length x width) of the snake. I'd imagine in rare cases in could possibly be more, but that goat is entirely too large. Sorry, i know you want to think about how cool it'd be for it to eat the goat, but it isn't physically possible.
