Looking for shredding metal
My older brother got me into this band called Dragonforce and its pretty cool. The little japanese with the huge hair is NUTS! Anyone else know of any other bands? None of that screaming shit either, these guys actually sing and its WAY better than screamer satanic guy living in his moms basement shit.

You should immediately go get all of Dream Theater's CDs. They're progressive metal, have some of the best musicians in the business, and they're singer is a classically-trained opera singer. They're latest CD is supposedly heavier than their last few, which were pretty much concept albums. Look em up on Myspace or Youtube.
You might also want to check out Into Eternity and Three Inches of Blood. Both are really heavy, but have actual high-pitched singing in addition to growl/scream vocals. Great musicians, too.
