It was a Disney movie...one of those exclusive TV Disney Channel movies...you know?

It's about two sisters, one sort of nerdy one, and one that was WAY too hot for the Disney Channel. They end up switching places a la "Freaky Friday"...and I can't find the name to that movie. I'm just trying to find out that sexy sister's name...
